We all have times when we could use some help with the things that happen in our lives. Friends and family can offer great support, but sometimes it’s helpful to talk to someone who’s outside of a situation. This is where counselling can help.
In my counselling practice, I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space for you to talk about what’s on your mind. As our body, mind and soul are all intertwined, I take a wholistic approach to give you the best chance of moving through your concerns and reaching your goals.
Things I can help with
- Anxiety and depression (low mood)
- Work stress: work-life balance, bullying, finding meaning in your work life
- Loss and grief: impending or actual loss of a person, pet, job, or home, and less-visible losses, such as those that accompany a serious illness or injury
- Life transitions: new relationship, new baby, entering/leaving the workforce, children leaving home, parents (or yourself) going into care
- Exploring new directions you want to take or changes you want to make
